Critical Virus Announced

Europe Banking system has announced the identification of a Trojan virus that has been creating banking system nightmares. The virus attacks online banking activity between the customer and the banking services to the extent that it wipes out the account and transactions. Until more is learned, standard due diligence still holds:

• Windows Updates should be current
• Anti-virus software is active and updated  
• Do Not open emails/attachments from uncertain authors
• Do not click a link to go to your online bank - type the address in the address bar
